Being “Fine” is a Trap (with Lori Saitz)

In midlife, many find themselves solidly in their comfort zone, where everything is fine. But, “fine” is a dangerous place where life turns stagnant and dreams die. Lori Saitz, CEO of Zen Rabbit and host of the podcast “Fine is a Four Letter Word” discusses how she transitioned her life from being just “fine” to one she is excited about.

It wasn’t an easy transition. Over the course of several years, her mom passed away, her business stalled, and she left a two-decade marriage. We discuss the challenges and traps of being “fine”, the importance of trusting yourself, and her three-step process to “Eff Being Fine”. She also shares her approach to finding gratitude even in the tough situations and creating the space to hear yourself.
