Getting Fit After 50: Update: My Setbacks

As one part of mastering my midlife, I am on a mission to get in the best shape of my life.

This episode is a quick update on my progress in getting in the best shape of my life. Spoiler alert: I had some unexpected things come up that set me back. I share those as well as the ideas that linear progress is just a myth and our setbacks aren’t always a warning to play smaller but may be a message to play bigger.
